Return & Exchange Policy – The Soof

At The Soof, we take pride in offering premium pashmina shawls. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve created a simple process to return or exchange your items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories

  • COD orders are eligible for return/exchange only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at support@thesoof.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back via the original payment method (for COD, we may offer store credit or replacement product).
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund or replacement to be processed.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the replacement item in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Gift cards or promotional items are non-returnable.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thesoof.com.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
