At The Soof, we take pride in offering premium pashmina shawls. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve created a simple process to return or exchange your items.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:
COD orders are eligible for return/exchange only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back via the original payment method (for COD, we may offer store credit or replacement product).
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund or replacement to be processed.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the replacement item in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Items worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards or promotional items are non-returnable.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@thesoof.com.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
